A textile workshop for Portland at 578 NW Davis — retail and café at the sidewalk, event and exhibition space above, then workshops, prototyping, and production as the building rises. Carried from studio boards through a full design-development set: zoning and egress, framing, envelope details, and HVAC.

02 · Practicum · Ankrom Moisan
A primary circulation spine reimagined as a layered biophilic threshold — preserved moss panels placed to soften long sightlines, dampen acoustics, and act as wayfinding anchor. Specified as a performance-driven assembly: Class A flame spread, 5½" wall build-up, egress width held clear for 600 occupants.
03 · Façade · ISI Florence 2024
A contemporary façade in dialogue with Florence. Articulated elevations respect the proportional systems of traditional Italian architecture while the composition transforms as one moves around the building.
